Shipping Policy

We're excited to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. This shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about how we get your purchases to you.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250. This does not include orders to Hawaii, Alaska, expedited shipping (Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) or orders that require shipping by freight truck. Free shipping can be selected during the checkout process.

Shipping Options

If you prefer a faster delivery option, we offer a variety of shipping methods at competitive rates. You can choose from:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Next-Day): Shipping times do not include weekends. Selecting expedited shipping will speed up shipping times, but will not affect processing time. Expedited shipping does not ship on weekends (i.e. Next-Day shipped on Friday will be received on Monday). We are not responsible for transit delays.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. Check back here for information on any changes in international shipping options.

Processing Time

Processing time varies depending on the complexity of your order and the availability of items. Please reach out to support for current availability and estimated processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance can be purchased with any order to protect purchase from loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll issue a full refund or replacement upon confirmation from the carrier.

QuickShip

Items that are labeled with QuickShip are stocked in our warehouses and ready to ship in 1 business day. QuickShip orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out next business day. Please note that some items marked with QuickShip only have specific variants available to ship. QuickShip is an add-on and has an additional fee. Information on individual product pages is provided.

Reshipping/Undeliverable

A shipping carrier will attempt to deliver a product 3 times. If the product is undeliverable and returns, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. If the customer chooses to not reship the product, their will be a 20% restocking fee.
